Ingredients
- 2 40 oz. can sweet potatoes, drain & mash
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 ̊.
Drain and mash 2 cans of sweet potatoes and place in a Cuisinart (or a food processor). Add ½ cup sugar, eggs, ½ cup butter, vanilla, milk and mix. Pour mixture into 13×9 pan.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix 1/3 cup melted butter, brown sugar, flour and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350 ̊ for 25 minutes.
Serves 6–8.
