All orders containing alcoholic beverages require an adult signature upon delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to provide us with a commercial address for delivery of your wine purchases whenever possible.

If no one is available to receive your package two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery still cannot be made, your order will be returned to us. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

These states have highly regulated laws. These orders must be shipped through a licensee and will require additional transit time. Orders must be received by 10am Pacific on Tuesday in order to ship by Thursday of the same week. Orders received after the cutoff will ship on Thursday of the following week. Unfortunately, 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight shipping options are not available in these states. All orders ship via UPS Ground.

In some instances, state laws regulate product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill your order requests. We currently ship wine to 31 states. Certain states allow a specific number of bottles per order.
