If you are looking for a showstopper wine, this is it. I have Endeavour in my cellar going back for at least 5 years and this wine ages so gracefully. It so perfectly balanced and supple. Everytime I open a bottle of Endeavour, I always grill a thick Rib-eye and its a match made in heaven!
