On the palate, the flavors expand with wonderful depth and richness. Flavors of baked apple and melon with a hint of brown sugar give the wine an added layer of complexity. Balance is a key to this Chardonnay, as the new French oak is not overwhelming but is well integrated. The finish is long and lingering with repeating flavors all adding up to immediately wanting to take another sip.
