This wine displays a wonderful ruby red color. The aromas are powerful with cherry, wild blackberry, and dark plum framed by more subtle hints of vanilla and anise. On the palate, the wine is rich and succulent with full concentration of dark fruit flavors that mingle with notes of chocolate and cassis. The finish is memorable with firm tannins, excellent structure, and balance, suggesting this wine could age for a decade or more. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a true tour de force from the Dry Creek Valley and perhaps the best Endeavour ever made at Dry Creek Vineyard.
