This is your chance to sample wines
from the barrel, talk to
winemakers and explore the beautiful
Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian
River Valleys.
Barrel Tasting is not a food
or themed event. It's all
about the WINE.
The goal of Barrel Tasting is to
introduce people to wines still in
the barrel, help guests learn about
wine and better understand what
they're tasting. This
is a chance to purchase wine now,
often at a discount, then come back
to the winery when the wine is
bottled, typically 12-18 months from
now.
To taste at any of the participating
wineries those weekends, you
will need to purchase the Barrel
Tasting wristband and glass.
You can purchase your entry on the
Friday of each weekend and enjoy
three full days of Barrel Tasting by
wearing your wristband. Online tickets will
be sold through March 1
for $20 per person.
At the door, the price will be $30 per
person.

Summer Kickoff - Zydeco & Zin is Back

up and down Dry Creek Valley celebrate
the magic of their valley with wine, food,
entertainment, and the hospitality for which Dry
Creek Valley is famous during Passport to Dry Creek
Valley. Many of the wineries involved in Passport
create a theme around which they showcase their
wine, paired with food and entertainment.
In the past some of the themes have featured the
Wizard of Oz, Mardi Gras, Summer of Love, Disco,
Ancient Greece and many more. Other wineries treat
you to displays of antique roses, opera, blues,
amazing presentations of food from all over the
world and of course sumptuous chocolates. But
nothing compares with the wines of Dry Creek Valley
and on Passport weekend the wineries all showcase
the very best of their current releases, library
wines and special bottlings that are only available
during Passport weekend.
Passport to Dry Creek Valley
is held the last full weekend of April
each year, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. By annual lottery,
two-day Passports are available at $110 per person;
Sunday-only Passports are $60 per person. You must
be twenty-one or older to participate and no one
under twenty-one is allowed entrance into the
