Luce restaurant has become a premier dining destination in San Francisco. At the helm of the kitchen for Luce is Executive Chef Daniel Corey. Chef Corey first worked at Luce as Chef de Partie under award-winning Chef Dominique Crenn. He later moved back to Southern California to work as Sous Chef at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach before returning to Luce as Executive Sous Chef in 2009. In 2011, Corey was appointed Chef de Cuisine and earned his first Michelin star in October 2011, which he has maintained through 2015. Along with the coveted Michelin Star, Luce has been awarded The Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence in 2010 and 2011.
With Chef Corey preparing the food and our incredible winemaker, Tim Bell, crafting the wines, this is sure to be an outstanding dining experience. Our senior Wine Educator, Joe Czesnakowicz, will be in attendance all evening to answer any and all wine questions that you may have.
