On April 10, 2006, David Stare, founder of Dry Creek Vineyard, formally announced his retirement. With Dave stepping aside, his daughter, Kim Stare Wallace, and son-in-law, Don Wallace, will take over the day-to-day operations at the winery. 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Creek Valley
Just released! The previous vintage received a 91 point rating from Wine Enthusiast (see left). This vintage is sure to follow suit. Rich, exotic and distinctive, this Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a beautiful bouquet of black stone fruit and ripe currants – a trademark of Dry Creek Valley Cabs.
