Steve Hamilton brings more than 20 years of experience to Dry Creek
Vineyard’s sales team. Prior to joining Dry Creek, Steve
had spent his entire career with Paterno Wines International.
During his tenure, Steve proved himself to be a valuable asset to their
organization. For the last seven years of Steve’s career,
he was responsible for increasing case sales in the Western Division
and building the portfolio of Paterno wines on the West Coast.
Steve joined Dry Creek Vineyard in 2004 as Western Division Manager
and was quickly promoted to National Sales Manager in 2005. In
promoting Steve, winery President Don Wallace says, “Steve has
a proven track record of sales success. His experience, knowledge
and leadership are exactly what our family needs to be successful in
a challenging marketplace.”
A resident of Southern California, when Steve is not traveling for

Randall Pettit –
Regional Sales Manager - South Central
Randall Pettit is one of a kind. His dynamic, engaging personality is
infectious. This coupled with his passion for Dry Creek Vineyard wines,
makes Randall one of Dry Creek’s most valuable employees.
Randall’s experience in the wine industry comes primarily from
his days as a restaurant owner. Prior to joining the wine industry,
Randall was a successful Texas restaurant owner. During this time, Randall
developed a keen sense for great wines and made virtually all the purchase
decisions for his list. It was also during this time that Randall developed
a love for Dry Creek Vineyard wines. Over the years, his relationship
with the family grew, with Randall making several trips to the winery
for wine and food related weekends. When Randall finally decided to
hang up his restaurant hat, he took the leap into wine industry sales.
When Dry Creek Vineyard decided to move away from Winery Associates,
the sales position became available at Dry Creek Vineyard covering the
South. It was Randall who came calling and it was a perfect fit. In
his role with Dry Creek Vineyard, Randall is responsible for managing
a large part of the south from Arizona to Louisiana.
In his free time, Randall enjoys travel, food and wine and spending
time with his beautiful bride, Brandi. Randall resides in Houston, Texas
but also enjoys his weekend retreat near Galveston Bay. Randall

Randall Pettit
Kirk Tomiser –
Regional Sales Manager - West
Kirk Tomiser
Kirk Tomiser brings more than 13 years of wine industry experience
encompassing supplier, distributor and retail positions. His ability
to develop key relationships and effectively communicate makes Kirk
an integral part of the Dry Creek Vineyard sales team.
As a former National Training Manager for Grape Links, Inc., dba
Barefoot Cellars, Kirk developed a regional sales manager training
program that included sales techniques, product knowledge and general
selling skills. In addition to his sales experience, Kirk also brings
valuable expertise in brand building, management and strategic planning.
In his position with Dry Creek Vineyard, Kirk manages eight states including California,
Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Together with his
wife Vicki, Kirk resides in Novato, California.
Matt McCormack is the newest addition to the Dry Creek Vineyard sales
team. Prior to joining Dry Creek, Matt was the North Central Regional
Manager for Renwood Winery. During his three and one half year tenure
with Renwood, Matt achieved double digit growth for the region and successfully
expanded his territory from 8 states to 12. Prior to Renwood,
Matt was Great Lakes Region Manager for four years with Freixenet USA.
For more than 20 years, Matt has been involved in high level sales
positions. Early in his career, Matt was involved in the advertising
sales world, successfully managing advertising for both the Chicago
Sun Times and Daily Southtown newspapers. His energetic personality
and management skills quickly made Matt the papers’ top billing
sales representative. Throughout his career, Matt has displayed a proven
ability to effectively communicate, manage and nurture relationships
with whomever he comes into contact.
A resident of Chicago, Matt is the proud father of three boys and two
girls! When he is not running back and forth from ballet and baseball
games, Matt can be found spending time with his brother and enjoying

Matt McCormack
Alex Mejido –
Broker
Alex Mejido
Alex has over 17 years of experience in the Wine and
Spirits Industry. Graduating with a BA in Hospitality Management, he
quickly found his passion for food and wine. Currently V.P. of Blend
Wine and Spirits, Alex handles an Import and Marketing company that
represents a portfolio of Fine Wines and Spirits.
Prior to opening his own business, Alex worked for
Peak Wines International, responsible for the South Eastern States.
During his tenure, Alex was awarded Regional Manager in 2001, exceeded
profit plan by 110%, and developed a successful on-premise base. Prior
to Peak Wines, Alex joined Paterno Imports as a District Manager and was
quickly noticed for his organizational and management skills. Promoted
to Field Manager, Alex moved to California where he was responsible for
10 District Managers and sales of over 160,000 cases. While at Paterno
Imports he established a top ranked team with sales increases of up to
18%, achieving 90% of all programs, gaining on-premise distribution of
20%, and was awarded District Manager of the Year 1996.
Alex currently resides in South Florida where he
enjoys the tropical weather and spending time with his wife and two
children. He says, "It doesn’t get much better then this."

Mike Eaker - Broker
Mike brings 21 years of experience to our team. While
in college Mike worked as a beverage manager and wine steward. After
college he accepted a job with a wine distributing company and worked in
on-premise and off-premise sales as On-premise Sales Manager and Key
Accounts Manager. He then worked for Dry Creek as part of Winery
Associates for 8 years representing Dry Creek for six of those years.
In 2006, Mike formed his own company, Winery Associates Southeast and is
thrilled to be working again with Dry Creek Vineyard. When not traveling
throughout the Mid Atlantic, Mike resides in Raleigh, NC with his lovely
wife Jill and three rambunctious sons, Sean, James and Jake.

Antonio
Silvia – Director of Export
Antonio Silvia
Antonio Silvia, Director of Export for Dry Creek
Vineyard, has 15 years of experience managing several successful
businesses in the wine industry nationally and internationally. An
entrepreneur and wine expert, Antonio comes from generations of Italian
winemakers in his native country of Italy. He also established and
operates WineTeam, Inc., a partnership of wineries that export wines all
around the world. Formerly, he was Vice President of a logistics company
in California that distributed wine nationally and internationally.
Antonio Silvia joined Dry Creek Vineyard in 2007 as
Director of Export. He has a degree in Liberal Arts from Principe
Umberto in Catania, Italy. He is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
